WORKSHOP: Make your own Mozzarella and Ricotta

Led by Alexis Corbin. Your next batch of lasagna can include your own homemade mozzarella AND ricotta. Attend this class and you'll come away with everything you need to know to make these two quick and simple cheeses. This workshop is taught by experienced cheesemaker Alexis Corbin, an Albuquerque goat farmer, musician, and homeschooling mom. She teaches cheese-making and dairy culturing classes for Old School offering affordable classes in sustainable, traditional and frugal living skills. Register and pay at Workshop limited to the first 15 registrants.
