Umami, baby! Join us for our fourth annual culinary celebration of mushrooms. We will dive into the fifth primary taste and savor this flavor profile in every course. Chef Jens working with some of the best mushroom cultivators in New Mexico in this Italian style menu. Wine Director, James Krajewski will pair each course to further accentuate these flavors. Farmers include: Enchanted Farms Mushrooms, Midnight Disco Fungi, Full Circle Mushrooms, and more. We can offer non-alcoholic options, just make a note in your reservation. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this dinner and seating will be communal. Gratuity included.
