Five-course wine-paired mushroom dinner.

Join us as we dive into the fifth primary taste…umami. We will savor this flavor profile and experience the diversity of mushrooms in every course!  Chef Jens will work with some of the best mushroom cultivators and foragers to bring you an incredible culinary experience. Wine Director, James Krajewski will pair each course to further accentuate these flavors. As we await to see what the monsoons bring to the wild, we will keep you updated on social media about any foraged varieties we will be expecting.
