Join us for our second annual mushroom dinner! We will dive into the fifth primary taste…umami and savor this flavor profile in every course!  Chef Jens will work with some of the best mushroom cultivators and foragers to bring you an incredible culinary experience. Wine Director, James Krajewski will pair each course to further accentuate these flavors. Farmers include: Matt’s Mushrooms, Full Circle Mushrooms and more. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this dinner and seating will be communal. Gratuity included.
