Five-course Wine Dinner

There is so much to be grateful for. Let’s raise our glasses in gratitude for all things wonderful…including good food and meaningful moments with family and friends. Chef Jens will create a delicious five-course seasonal feast with wine pairings made by our wine director, James Krajewski. We will be able to accommodate dietary restrictions and non-alcoholic substitutions with advance notice. There will be communal seating for this dinner. Gratuity included.

‘25 Angus Paul ‘Mesas’ Skin Contact Muscat Blanc- Stellenbosch, South Africa

Winter Squash Salad
Georgia Candy, delicata, and spaghetti squash – fried, stewed, and baked over winter greens with a brown butter honey vinaigrette and pumpkin seed crunch

Loimer ‘Reserve’ Brut Rosé Sekt- Niederösterreich, Austria 

 Green Bean Casserole
Tempura fried pickled green beans with maitake mushrooms and pan-seared cipollini onions over a shallot puree and topped with an onion foam and cream of mushroom soup drizzle

‘23 Bitouzet-Prieur Bourgogne Chardonnay- France

Ham & Stuffing
House-cured ham with a pomegranate currant glaze alongside a currant stuffing dressed with a currant, apple, and golden raisin mustard

COURSE FOUR
‘23 Turley ‘Pesenti Vineyard’ Zinfandel- Paso Robles

Chicken Roulade
With apricot, pecan and spinach; candied sweet potatoes topped with marshmallow, bacon and pecans
