Yoga with Sage Harrington

Come to Sage’s class for a fun exploration of dynamic, adventurous poses. Stay in poses for longer durations and more profoundly affect the musculature, the breath, and the psychology. Feel strong, stable, expanded. Bring your mat, plus a block, blanket, and strap if you have them. Suggested donation $10.
