It’s a festive week in the North Valley! This weekend, the Village of Los Ranchos will be hosting its eighth annual Lavender in the Village Festival. At Farm & Table, we’re joining in the celebratory spirit and hosting a paella party and book signing with La Boca’s Chef James Campbell Caruso.
We are beyond proud to be partnering with Chef Caruso, who is without question one of New Mexico’s culinary treasures. Since opening in Santa Fe in 2006, La Boca has been one of the top dining experiences in the state. Chef Caruso’s menu has been lauded by The New York Times, Travel and Leisure and even celebritiy chefs like Giada DiLaurentis.
Now, Chef Caruso has released his new book, Espana: Exploring the Flavors of Spain, a cookbook that features many of the amazing recipes to have come out of La Boca over the years. He is doing an exclusive book signing at Farm & Table on Saturday, July 14th. Chef Caruso will be on our patio from 11:00am to 2:00pm signing books and cooking up his signature paella for all of our guests!
