We are proud to announce the arrival of our new head chef, Jaye Wilkinson.
Chef Jaye’s experience and expertise make her a perfect addition to the Farm & Table family. Not only is she an incredible chef, but she has spent her entire culinary career focused on the same values about local food and fresh, seasonal ingredients that we believe are so important at Farm & Table.
A native of Santa Fe, Jaye comes to us from Los Poblanos, where she worked with Chef Perno to create the famous fresh-from-the-field “La Merienda” meals for the inn’s guests. In her training, Jaye specialized in working with organic, seasonal ingredients. She was trained at the Seattle Culinary Academy, the first ACF-accredited culinary school in the country to incorporate sustainability into its curriculum. Before moving back to New Mexico, Jaye also held sous positions at Blueacre Seafood, which she opened with the Beard nominated Chef/Owner Kevin Davis, and Steelhead Diner.
And now she is thrilled to be working at Farm & Table. “Everything I’ve done in my career so far,” she says, “has been geared toward a job exactly like this one.”
