They are rooted not only here in New Mexico but in a mission dedicated to Native American empowerment through their sourcing, messaging, and award-winning beer.

Owner and founder Shyla Sheppard and her incredible team will be working with Chef Jens and and our team to create a dinner that honors local ingredients and the land from which they came in this very special five-course dinner.
