Farm-to-table restaurants open and close; egg-based chain enters Albuquerque

Many local restaurants feature produce from area farmers and products by New Mexico entrepreneurs.
But Farm & Table, which opened earlier this month at 8917 4th St. NW in Albuquerque’s North Valley, is taking that concept to the next level. Its menu features Heidi’s Raspberry Jam, Joe S. Sausage’s ravioli, cheese from the Old Windmill Dairy, New Mexico wines and brews, and produce from area growers.
