Spring is finally here! And we could not be more excited. Spring means growth on the farm, the beginning of Sol Harvest Farms’ CSA, fresh, new, seasonal items in the kitchen, and LOTS of changes on the menu in the next few weeks!
The first bounties of spring are already coming in, and we are SO excited and pleased to be the first restaurant in the city to have local, spring asparagus, courtesy of ARCA Organics and Agri-Cultura. So tender and delicate – yum! We have also got fresh, local spring STRAWBERRIES coming soon! And this is only the beginning.
Sol Harvest Farm is also heating up with the weather. The farm CSA begins April 17th – you can get more information and get signed up on their website. Also, Farmer Ric says that by the end of March, he will have over EIGHT THOUSAND transplants in the ground – wow!
