Savor the flavors of Mexico at this not-to-be-missed wine-paired dinner. There will be five incredible courses, each paired with wine from Mexico’s Guadalupe Valley. Dr. Amelia Malagamba will share her passion for Mexican cuisine by creating rich dishes you won’t soon forget. Along with her love for creating beautiful and delicious food, Amelia has dedicated her career to Latino visual arts and culture, border art and Mexican photography. She has curated exhibitions in El Museo de la Estampa in Mexico City, Austin Museum of Arts and El Centro Cultural Tijuana. This specially prepared dinner will include a performance by the renowned Ehecatl Aztec Dancers.
