We took a little break in the early summer, but we are BACK (and better than ever!) with our monthly special dinners. Last Tuesday we brought a taste of Spain to Farm & Table with Spanish wine, tapas, and a special live Flamenco performance.

Veronica Medina and James Martinez were our Cantaora and Tocaor for the evening, singing and playing the guitar while Fabian Sisneros and Emily DeSaulnier, the bailarores, enchanted us with traditional Flamenco dances.

Meanwhile, Chef Jaye and her team prepared a spectacular 12-course tapas dinner that featured both classic Spanish dishes, and some of our own wild takes on the traditional cuisine using molecular gastronomy and cutting edge techniques. (All with tons of local ingredients of course.) The results were out of control!

The dinner was the perfect mix of celebrating the local and exploring new, international cultures and cuisines. It was our best dinner yet.
