Jedrek sells us produce from his farm, Granja Para Manana.

Jedrek’s favorite thing he’s growing: “Turnips!” Because they’re sweet, earthy and crispy; you can eat them raw, cook them, or eat their greens. “I just like them all around.”

Jedrek’s favorite part of owning a farm: “The self-determination. And the ability to share good food with good people.”
